Notarization fees are charged per signature. Travel within 10 miles is included; additional distance fees or add-on services may apply.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Each Remote Online Notarization session is conducted through a secure, state-approved platform. Multiple documents may be notarized during the same session, and fees are applied per notarized signature in accordance with Washington State regulations. Additional services or extended sessions may require an adjusted fee.
Loan Signing Services
(Mobile or RON)
Professional real estate document signings for buyers, sellers, and lenders. Documents must be prepared in advance, and appointments are scheduled to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Specialty Services
Document Preparation & Notary Services
Assistance with preparing standard non-legal documents based on client-provided information, followed by proper notarization. Examples may include sworn statements, affidavits, consent forms, and authorization letters. This service is limited to document formatting and completion assistance and does not include legal advice or document selection.
Document Shipping & Handling
Secure packaging and shipment of completed documents through USPS upon request. Services may include Certified Mail, Priority Mail, or prepaid return envelopes with tracking. For example, signed real estate documents may be shipped directly to a title company, lender, or designated recipient. Shipping fees apply based on carrier rates and delivery method selected.

Remote Online Notary (RON) services are available statewide within Washington.
