Our Services
-
Choose this service when you need a notary to meet you in person at your home, workplace, hospital, care facility, or another agreed-upon location.
General notary work includes client-provided documents such as affidavits, deeds, powers of attorney, bills of sale, travel consent forms, authorization letters, and other documents requiring an acknowledgment, jurat, or signature witnessing.
Travel included: The starting mobile-service price includes up to 10 total round-trip miles. Additional mileage and optional services are quoted separately before the appointment.
Clients must provide complete documents and valid identification.
-
Choose this service when you want to complete your notarization online without meeting the notary in person. The live appointment is conducted through a secure remote-notarization platform.
You will need a reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, an email address, and an accepted government-issued photo ID.
Remote notarization availability depends on the document, the signer’s location, identification requirements, and whether the receiving agency accepts electronically notarized documents.
Pricing: Fees depend on the number of signers, documents, and notarial acts required. Any additional services or extended-session fees are confirmed before the appointment.
-
Choose this service when you have a real-estate or loan-document package provided by a lender, title company, escrow company, or signing service. This may include purchase, seller, refinance, HELOC, or other closing documents.
The appointment includes professional presentation of the prepared documents, notarization where required, and return instructions such as scanbacks or tracked shipping when requested. Remote completion is available only when permitted by the documents and receiving party.
Important: All loan documents must be prepared and provided in advance by the appropriate company. OneSite Notary Services cannot prepare loan documents or explain legal or financial terms.
Pricing: The total fee may vary based on the package size, printing, travel distance, scanback requirements, shipping, and whether the appointment is completed in person or remotely.

OneSite assists with the administrative process, including reviewing the document for basic submission readiness, preparing the Washington apostille application using the information you provide, organizing the mailing package, and submitting it to the Washington Secretary of State.
We track the shipment and, once the completed apostille is returned, arrange delivery to the address you provide with a new tracking number.
Custom estimate required: The service fee, Washington Secretary of State fee, shipping, and any optional handling services are itemized separately before processing begins.
Processing times and destination-country requirements vary. Clients are responsible for confirming the receiving authority’s specific requirements.
